Below are details of the different types of files that are available for downloading.
To Save the files, Right click over the Icon, and select Save Target As...

Different File Types
PDF Documents
These are for saving and printing and will have to be manually completed, totaled and delivered / posted to the treasurer with the relevant receipts, monies etc.
To View the PDF Files, you will need Adobe Reader
Excel Files
These have been saved in the Excel 97-2003 format (.xls) and can thus be used in Office 2000 versions onwards. For reference, these have been created in Office 2007 so there maybe a few bugs or issues (Please let me know if there are any!)
The files will allow you to input the required data and values and the files will automatically calculate the totals etc. The cells that are not relevant have been protected and cannot be edited.
Once complete, the files will then need to be saved, printed and delivered / posted to the treasurer with the relevant receipts monies etc.
For each claim, event etc it is recommended that you create a file for each one.
It would also be greatly appreciated if you can e-mail the treasurer a copy of the Excel file for their records. This will be only used for reference.
Word Files
These have been saved in the Word 97-2003 format (.doc) and can thus be used in Office 2000 version onwards. For reference., these have been created in Office 2007 so there maybe a few bugs or issues (Please let me know if there are any!)
