Flat E103 is a 1 bedroom apartment set on the ground floor of the Polis Garden Complex, Cyprus.
Polis Garden is a quiet, picturesque location with many traditional taverns & Cypriot bars, with many residents being ex pats or those choosing a quiet retreat.
The apartment has a communal pool and modern furnishing.

Accommodation:

Bedroom- King size bed, fitted wardrobes & air conditioning.

Bathroom- Has shower and bath.

 

 

Kitchen- This is open plan, with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, Iron & ironing board, kettle and toaster.

 

 

Living area- Again open plan with dining table for 4, sofa bed and two seater sofa, TV ( English channels), & air conditioning. This opens out to a private covered veranda.
Cleaning- this is arranged for pre visit & then again on leaving. Towels are supplied although no beach towels.
Outside- Swimming pool, with separate shower and toilet facilities.

Coast Areas:

The pebbled beach is 10 minutes drive (or a 30 minute walk) away.
The Beach Bars & Café’s offer spectacular views of Latchi harbour and the surrounding mountains

Local surrounding area:

The complex is only a 10 minute walk from Polis town centre.
A large supermarket is a 5 minute walk away or a corner shop is even nearer.
The Latchi marina is a 5 minutes drive away & is Great for dining, socialising & an alternative to Polis town centre.
Latchi harbour 10 min’s drive (Ideal for booking boat trips, diving, fishing etc)

Travel:

Paphos airport is approximately a 40 minute drive.
Taxi’s are approximately £50 each way.
Car hire can be booked via a local company
The car can be collected and left at the airport.

Distances:

Being next to Akamas National park Polis is ideal for walkers
By car you can explore the Troodos Mountains, find villages like Kathikas with its winery, tavernas and great views.
The Tsada golf course is a 20 minute drive away from the resort.

Nov ’08 - April ‘09 £125.	May- June ‘09 £150.		July- August ‘09 £200.	Sept 2009 £175.		Oct-Dec ’09 £125.
Prices quoted are for Sterling (UK Pounds) Discounts available when booking 3 weeks or more - Please contact us for details. 25% deposit (payable on booking) with the outstanding balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to travel date. Late arrivals & late check outs are available but must be requested when booking. A £100 security deposit (Payable with outstanding balance) which is returnable (Conditions to be met).
